After a day at the beach or pool it is so nice to come back to a clean, comfortable home away from home! This upstairs, 4-bedroom end-unit condo has all the comforts of home and will accommodate 2-3 families comfortably.
Take advantage of our close proximity to the private Sea Colony beach (less than a mile away). You can walk, bike or take the free shuttle that runs every 10-15 minutes (shuttle stop is on our street). Parking also available near the beach. Multiple pools also just steps from the beach.
Enjoy all that Sea Colony has to offer: fishing in the pond that is just steps away from the unit; miles of wonderful walking/biking trails; 12 pools (2 indoor), clay and hard-surface tennis courts; the new athletic complex with an indoor pool and a basketball court (just a 2 min walk from the unit); activities galore all week long in the summer months (sand castle building contest a must!).
